Spray Le Rem Eau de Toilette on dry skin, preferably just after showering. When diffusing, hold the scent at a distance of approximately 6 inches for a wide mist and apply to warm areas of the body:  chest, neck, wrist and shoulder.  Then allow the scent to absorb slowly.
